真空管式炉结构特点：

The structural features of vacuum tube furnace are as follows

1、额定温度1100℃/1800℃，加热区为300mm。

The rated temperature is 1100 ℃ - 1800 ℃, and the heating zone is 300 mm.

2、炉体采用双层炉壳结构，双层炉壳之间装有风机，可以快速升降温，炉壳表面温度低。

The furnace body adopts a double-layer shell structure with fans installed between the two-layer shells, which can quickly increase and decrease the temperature, and the surface temperature of the furnace shell is low.

3、炉管采用高纯石英管或者刚玉管，两端采用SUS304高真空法兰密封。

4、炉膛材料采用质的氧化铝多晶纤维真空吸附制成，与传统电炉比较节能60%，1100℃电炉炉膛由上下两部分组成，其中上部分炉膛可整体向后翻转110℃，1100℃以上电炉炉膛为一体式，方便取放实验物料、更换炉管。加热元件采用瑞典康泰尔电阻丝、硅碳棒、硅钼棒。
